About: MBSS is a publicly-traded leading Indonesian sea transportation and transshipment company, providing integrated one-stop sea transportation solutions for Indonesia’s mining and natural resources industry. They are committed to delivering reliable, efficient services to support the growth and operations of these industries.
Problem: In 2019, MBSS had selected "Berani" (Courageous) as their annual theme to unify and motivate their employees towards the company's vision and stakeholders' growth expectations for the year. However, they needed an effective internal branding campaign that would vividly bring this theme to life for their employees across various touchpoints.
Solution: We partnered with MBSS to create a comprehensive internal branding for their "Berani" theme. We worked closely with their HR team to understand their vision for the year, and translated this into a compelling visual identity that was aligned with their overall corporate branding. We created a range of branding assets, including digital designs and offline promotional collaterals. These materials vividly embodied the "Berani" theme and were distributed across the company's internal communication channels.
