About: DPI Technica, an Indonesian fabric printing manufacturer.
Problem: DPI Technica sought to expand their business horizons and tap into foreign markets. Their existing brand name and identity, deeply rooted in Indonesian culture, presented potential barriers to international recognition and appeal. They needed a name and brand ethos that would resonate globally, without restricting their identity to just the Indonesian market.
Solution: To position DPI Technica as a global player in the textile industry, we pivoted the brand's focus from sleepwear to their unique selling proposition: advanced printing solutions. We introduced the brand name "DPI Technica," amalgamating the essence of "dots per inch" (representative of printing) with "technica", paying homage to their technological focus. The rebranded identity showcased their expertise in all printing techniques while offering a universal appeal. Alongside the name change, we developed a sleek, contemporary logo and visual assets that narrated a story of innovation. This holistic approach ensured DPI Technica, was poised to make its mark on the international stage, reflecting their prowess in advanced printing solutions.
